Swans can always be found not to far from my home on a nearby beach. Generally folks shy away from them because of their reputation for having a nasty personality. I have always found that if you carry a 5lb. sack of cracked corn you can easily have a friendly repore. So a fairly young swan kept getting closer and closer....just inches away from my face...i was using a fisheye lens. He/she let me follow into the flock....it made for a rather pleasant morning
